Sam Rudowski

Chief Operations Officer

Sam Rudowski is a detail-oriented problem solver who enjoys identifying areas for improvement and troubleshooting any immediate concerns while keeping long-term solutions in mind.

Beyond her work desk, she is fueled by her love of chai tea, the outdoors, and travelling. She’s a house plant fanatic and often turns to nature as a source of inspiration and relaxation. You’ll often find her on the beach or exploring nature trails with her young family.

Niranda Hoctor

Podcast Manager

Niranda Hoctor, mom to two boys, lives in Cape Town. She has over 15 years of experience as an Office Manager/ Consultant Support to three top corporate entities in South Africa, namely First National Bank, Discovery, and The South African Gold Coin Exchange.

Niranda has always been the go-to person within the company for help and support.

Jennifer Lynn

Head of Projects and People

Jen is an accomplished executive assistant and project manager who is also the Head of Projects and People at PoP. She brings multiple years of project management and virtual assistant support experience with her. Organizing, problem-solving, and streamlining processes are some of her favorite things.

Over the years, Jen has honed her skills in community management, learning how to build strong relationships with team members and clients. She believes that building strong connections with others is the key to success, both in her personal and professional life.

In her free time, you can find her spending it with her family, refinishing furniture, kayaking, and heading towards the ocean any chance she gets. 

Kate Vance

Accountability Coach

Kate has a passion for helping people reach their highest potential and achieve their dreams. Her goal is to help individuals become the best version of themselves by partnering with them to offer coaching, accountability, and access to resources.

Through her group coaching sessions, she strives to create a supportive community and inspire individuals to find the motivation that moves them toward their growth and success.

Whether it’s finding the courage to take that next step or having the support to keep going when things get tough, she is here to help groups move forward and reach their goals.

Ashley Mielke

Consulting for Group Practice

Ashley Mielke is a Registered Psychologist and Founder of The Grief and Trauma Healing Centre; a multi-location, 7-figure group practice based in Alberta, Canada. After 11 years of leading her team and collectively serving over 6300 clients, Ashley sold her business in 2024 to devote her career to coaching women across the world who have lost loved ones to suicide.

In addition to her coaching work, Ashley is passionate about using her experiences as a heart-centered group practice owner to help therapists grow their own practices. Through 1:1 consulting and community-based webinars, she empowers therapists to start, scale, and exit their businesses in ways that drive profitability while also making a meaningful impact in the field.

When Ashley is not working, she can be found soaking in time with her husband and two sons, playing hockey at the rink, or exploring the breathtaking
landscapes of Hawaii: a place that she holds dear to her heart.

Andrew Burdette

Consulting for Group Practice

Andrew Burdette is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor located near Asheville, North Carolina. In 2019 he started the private practice journey in founding Mindful Counseling PLLC and soon after in 2022 he hired his first additional therapist. Heading into his second anniversary as a group practice, he has transitioned a once 1099 contractor team over to W2 employees.

Along the way, Andrew continues to learn about different software and systems that simplify and streamline the process of running a business delivering mental health services. To better support his growing team members, he has invested in trainings centered on clinical supervision, human resources, and in 2024, coaching.

You’re likely to find Andrew parked in a coffee shop sipping a latte and nerding out about coffee beans, roasting, and favorites or exploring the existential with a friend. If the weather is nice, he’s likely out to find a quiet piece of water to wet a fly line.

Melissa Schneider

Melissa Schneider, LCSW is a therapist, practice owner, and consultant.  In 2019, she opened Resolution Counseling Center in New Jersey, an in-network practice that now has 3 locations and 60+ therapists.  Last year, she launched Cultivate Therapy, an out-of-network practice that has grown to 8 clinicians.  Melissa is a consultant with Practice of the Practice and specializes in group practice owners who want to scale and change our industry for the better.  She earned her masters in Social Work from Columbia University in 2006 and lives in Jersey City with her husband and twin second graders.

Nicole Ball

Nicole is the owner of Mental Wellness Counseling, A Northern Michigan Counseling Practice. Her practice has three locations throughout the Northern Michigan region.

She is a Licensed Clinical Master Social Worker in the state of Michigan, Member of the National Association of Social Workers, and is on the board of directors for the National Alliance for Mental Illness in Traverse City. She is also a full time professor at Ferris State University where she teaches undergraduate social work courses, as well as mentors the MSW graduate level students for their capstone research. 

Sara Parry

Sara Parry is a warm and dedicated professional who genuinely loves helping people. With a knack for strategic thinking and top-notch customer service skills, she’s always looking for ways to make life better for those around her. Sara’s rich background as a teacher and administrative assistant has given her a wealth of experience in supporting individuals and fostering growth.

Outside of work, Sara is a devoted wife and mom to two wonderful boys. She enjoys reading, spending time outdoors, and cherishing moments with her family and friends. Her passion for learning and personal development shines through in everything she does, making her a cherished member of our PoP Team. Sara’s greatest strength is her ability to form strong, meaningful connections with everyone she meets, adding a personal touch to all her interactions.
